CORRECTED-Consortium led by China's Apex Technology to buy Lexmark for $3.6 bln




(Corrects Lexmark's closing serving footing to $34.66 instead of
$34.32 jillion and corrects premium to 16.8 pct instead of
18 pct, paragraph 2) April 19 Correspondent maker Lexmark Exterior Inc
has agreed to be acquired by a group of investors led by
China-based Acme Technology Co Ltd and PAG Asia
Great in a buy cute at $3.6 zillion net of cash, the
company said.

Lexmark shareholders will get $40.50 for each serving held
representing a agiotage of 16.8 part to Tuesday's end of
$34.66.


Reuters reported primitively this month that Height Technology,
that manufactures ink cartridge chips, was in negotiations to
buy Lexmark.
